target is to supply dispensing nozzles which produce optimum fillet, coverage
and bond-line conditions. Based on know-how gained from designing nearly 50,000
nozzles, we have developed design rules for most adhesives. When combined with
precision manufacturing, our goal is rapid delivery of optimized dispensing.

Tubing Sizes
We manufacture a range of
tubing sizes used in our multi-needle nozzles. Designed for repeatable dispensing
conditions, the OD and ID dimensions are controlled to less than +/- 0.010 mm.
