Using automatic manufacturing technology, we produce extremely fine plastic tools for die attach of transistor, LED and other small die applications. Pick-up tools with tip sizes as small as 0.20 x 0.10mm (OD x ID) together with  materials that withstand 480 deg. C, allow these tools to  be used for both eutectic or adhesive die attach.
