We design and manufacture a series of holders used with our 11-072 replaceable high-temperature plastic pick-up tools . When changing tips, the holder remains fixed in the machine. Together with a precision "shaft and bush" location design, which re-locates the new tip to within 0.025mm in X, Y and Z, tedious and time-consuming set-up is minimized.
