We manufacture single point and multi-point die ejector needles using tungsten carbide and steel alloy materials. For single-point needles, we offer a spherical tip radius as small as 0.020mm. For thin die applications, we've developed a multi-point or "crown" needle that has proven very effective in reducing die crack or puncture defects. We also design and manufacture needle holders and pepper pots.
