Needle Holder / Pepper Pot (ESEC - Page 3)

The 224 series Needle Holder and Pepper Pot is designed as a replacement for the ESEC 2006 and 2007 die bonders. A variety of standard configurations accommodate a wide range of die sizes using either single or multi-needle ejection. The Needle Holder and Pepper Pot may be purchased as a matching kit by indicating both part numbers or as separate items.

When using the 224 series Needle Holder and Pepper Pot, we recommend an ejector needle 8mm in length. Please see Section 01-3 page 1b for information on ejector needles
