new age materials and precision The
SEN series ejector needles are designed to reduce the possibility of tape contaimination
and micro-cracking during die ejection. For small die/pierce-through applications,
we use a sub-micron grade carbide which resists tip chipping (SEN). For larger
die/non-piercing ejection, we recommend a wear resistant carbide and an enlarged
radius to reduce micro-cracking (SEN1). When combined with our proprietary automatic
machining process, our needles offer top performance at a "use and throw"
cost. |
