The 224 series Needle Holder and Pepper Pot is designed as a replacement for the ASM die bonder. A variety of standard configurations accommodate a wide range of die sizes using either single or multi-needle ejection. The Needle Holder and Pepper Pot may be purchased as a matching kit by indicating both part numbers or as separate items.
